Technique 1: Start with 3 simple brain-nourishing exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime:
• Exercise 1 Thumb and little finger – Raise the little finger of your right hand and the thumb of your left hand alternately for 10 times.
• Exercise 2 Jeeb-L – Make the thumb and index finger together right a ‘Jeeb’ with your right hand and ‘L’ with your left hand alternately for 10 times.
• Exercise 3 Nose and Ear Grip: Alternately grip the tip of your nose with your right hand and the right ear with your left hand 10 times.
